All of us pretty much get what we expect in life otherwise known as the phenomenon of the self fulfilling prophecy. If this is the case, I shudder to think that a leader/manager of XYZ company considers his employees as mere soldiers in a War and the customers as enemies. Hmmm.. not very practical, if you ask me.
